What hire options do you offer?
Our minimum hire duration is 1 business day. Except for excluded items, many items when hired on a weekend (pickup Friday and return Monday) is classified in the same way.

Do you offer discounts for longer hires?
Yes, we 10% discount per additional day hire for all items. Our shopping cart will automatically apply hire discounts when you add additional days up to 7 days. If you wish to hire longer than 7 days please contact us on 1300 883 831.

What are your pick up / return opening hours?
Our office in Wantirna South is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.

How much does delivery cost?
We can help deliver items to your location at the cost of our courier services. Price will vary depending on location and time of day or week. As a guide Move iT Movers & Couriers prices start from $33.

Can you help with setup and pack up?
Yes, we can help with setup and pack up as required. Please inform us at time of booking so we can ensure we organize the right courier service to assist here. Setup and pack up rates start from $55 per hour.

How do I secure my booking?
We recommend you book your items through our website. Should you require with booking please give us a call on 1300 883 831 and a member of our team can assist you with booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a 50% refund on cancellation of booked items when more than 72 hours is provided. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are not eligible for refunds.

What should I do when I pick up / receive my hire items?
We recommend that you check over the items you have hired for any issues or damage. Although items are inspected prior should you find any damage at pick up please notify us immediately. If items are delivered you should notify us the same day. We will organize a replacement and / or a note in the system so that you are not liable for the issue.

What happens if something gets damaged?
If damage occurs during the hire please notify us prior or at point of return. We will evaluate the issue and apply our damage policy as applicable.

Do I have to clean my items when I return my hire items?
Yes, we request that you return the items to us in a clean state and the same condition it was received in. Should you not return it in such a manner additional cleaning charges may apply.

How does the bond process work?
You will be requested to provide a bond at pickup. Our team will guide you through the steps.
